Placing Orders

The 30 Day Guarantee

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with our DVDs and we believe that our customers must be given the best possible service.

Unopened DVD

You may return unopened DVDs within 30 days for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for another DVD or request a refund. Please return the DVD, postage paid, to our returns address below, along with a note with your name, address, and daytime phone number. For refunds we will credit your credit card or mail you a check.

Opened DVDs

Refunds on opened DVDs will be less 25% restocking charge. Please return the DVD, postage paid, to our returns address below, along with a note with your name, address, and daytime phone number. For refunds we will credit your credit card or mail you a check less the restocking charge.

Defective DVDs

Any defective DVD will be replaced by us immediately. Please return the DVD, postage paid, to our returns address below, along with a note with the explanation of the defect, your name, address, and daytime phone number.

Prabhupada Memories ships by United States Postal Service Priority Mail or United Parcel Service (UPS) for larger orders. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery within North America. California residents pay the current prevailing sales tax.
